     如果各段温度发生变化时，挤出过程的挤出速度、挤出温度和膨胀率都将发生变化，同向双螺杆挤出机，导致挤出操作失去稳定，严重地影响半成品的质量；

     在气动调节温度控制装置中，当测温元件检测出冷喂料挤出机各段的温度并转换成电信号后，实验室双螺杆挤出机，输入到温度显示调节仪。一路至测量显示部分显示实际温度，双螺杆挤出机原理，一路至调节部分并与设定温度相比较得出偏差值，调节器则按一定的数学规律运算后输出一个信号去控制加热系统和冷却系统。

     电加热温控装置主要有电加热直接冷却开放型温控装置、电加热直接冷却封闭型温控装置、电加热间接冷却封闭型温控装置以及电加热直接冷却高温封闭型温控装置等。

     它的循环回路由循环泵——机身水道——开放式储水器（内装加热器）——过滤器所组成。

工作原理：

  物料经过加料口，在旋转螺杆的作用下，被搓成团状并沿螺槽滚动前进，因螺杆的剪切、压缩与搅拌作用，物料受到进一步的混炼和塑化，温度和压力逐步升高，呈现出粘流状态，并以一定的压力和温度通过机头，后得到所需形状的制品。
