实验室挤出机-挤出机-东莞卓胜

    在其他操作条件恒定时，挤出机各段温度对挤出过程起着决定性作用。如果各段温度发生变化时，挤出过程的挤出速度、挤出温度和膨胀率都将发生变化，导致挤出操作失去稳定，严重地影响半成品的质量。

    通常，挤出机，热喂料挤出机是采用开炼机热炼供胶，喂入的胶料已经具有较高的温度和较高的塑化程度。因而，热喂料挤出机的功能主要是进一步提高喂入胶料的温度和塑化程度，实验室挤出机，并实现连续挤出成形。

工作原理：

  物料经过加料口，在旋转螺杆的作用下，被搓成团状并沿螺槽滚动前进，因螺杆的剪切、压缩与搅拌作用，物料受到进一步的混炼和塑化，温度和压力逐步升高，呈现出粘流状态，并以一定的压力和温度通过机头，后得到所需形状的制品。

Working principle: The material passes through the feeding port and is twisted into a dough shape and rolls along the screw groove under the action of the rotating screw. Due to the shearing， compression and stirring of the screw， the material is further mixed and plasticized. With the temperature and pressure are gradually increased， the material exhibits a viscous flow state， and passes through the die at a certain pressure and temperature to finally obtain an article of a desired shape.

    如果要求较高温度，就必须采用封闭式的热水循环温控装置，它可以提高循环水的压力，使水的沸点提高，其循环水温度一般可达到130℃。

    随着挤出机的发展，冷却加热系统，测温感受元件，pvc挤出机，测压元件、制品尺寸测示技术得到很大发展，尤其是计算机技术的引入，使挤出机的自动控制水平有了很大程度的提高。

    采用电加热与电磁阀调节方法取代传统的方法，原因有：①节省能源；②结构简单；③工作可靠。
